Finals part 2

A.     The only thing I liked about the class was when we would get free time or when we would watch videos.  What I didn’t like about the class was that we have to do a student success statement every time we came. Another thing I didn’t like was when we did the typing tutor.

B.     Some suggestions for improving the class, watch typing tutorial videos, be allowed to get more free time.

C.     I think I did do my best in this class because I always did what I was told to do.

D.     I usually read my Life Planning 100+ Goals when I have time but not everyday.

E.      Sometimes I am a CTR person but sometimes im not. Im sometimes a CTR person because I do good things and sometimes im not because I do bad things.

Final part 1

                      Final Part 1

The showcase for me was a great experience because it was my 

first year doing it. 

My group mates were Amanda, Alonso, Anthony, and Joanna. 

I think I got a good group to work with because we all did are work. 

We each got our own part and completed it. 

We would work on the project every day to try and finish it. 

We would either meet up somewhere or we would go to a teacher’s classroom. 

When the day came we had to be dressed up professionally. 

We were all nervous and were talking about it all day. 

The time came where we had to meet up and we were all really nervous.

 When we saw how our entire group was dressed up we noticed that one person wasn’t.

It was then are turn to go and present. 

We went in quietly and when to our places so that we would be able to start our presentation.

 We started out with saying our names to the panelists. 

We were then done with our presentation and were waiting to be asked questions.

 We were asked 3 questions and we answered all 3.

Patricks Story

Patrick was a little boy that was stung by a scorpion and felt like he was going to die. I wouldnt want to be bitten by a scorpion because it would hurt a lot and i would also feel like if i was going to die. Patrick should now know to always wear his shoes because in the desert there is alot of Scorpions. If you were to get bitten by a scorpion you can maybe get an infection and it can lead to death.

Duties and Responsibilities:  A dermatologist is a specialist who focuses on hair, nails and skin. Additionally, he is licensed by his state to perform the variety of duties his job entails.

Salary:  Dermatology is one of the highest paid medical specialties. A 2012 Medscape poll reports that the median income for dermatologists in the United States is $283,000, with a range of $100,000 to $500,000.

Education:  The process involved in becoming a dermatologist is going to require a fairly drawn out educational road. This means that you can expect a learning experience.

Reflection: Yeah I probably would want to be a dermatologist because I would be interested in things having to do with my hair, skin, and nails.

A lady was at a store buying something with a new born baby in her hands. She slid her credit card through the machine and it didn't go through. She then took out her wallet and was looking for money. She was having a difficult time because she had a baby in her hands. The guy that was after her in line saw her struguling so he took out some money and paid for her things.

Reflection: I think this was very nice of the guy because he was doing something kind for that lady.

Reflection: I would like to be a Dental assistant because you can learn from what the dentist does while you’re helping them also you can help the office to go along faster and tis not that bad of a job.

Veterans Day is not to be confused with Memorial Day: Veterans Day celebrates the service of all U.S military veterans, while Memorial Day is a day of remembering the men and women who died while serving. It is a federal holiday that id observed on November 11^th. Major hostilities of War World 1 were formally ended at the 11^th hour of the month 11^th and day 11^th of 1918.  Veterans Day was moved to the fourth Monday of October, in 1978 it was moved back to its original celebration on November 11^th. President Reagan honored Weeks at the White House with the presidential Citizenship medal in 1982 as the driving force for the national holiday.  Though the Treaty of Versailles was signed on June 28, 1919, November 11^th remained in the public imagination as the date that marked the end of the Great War. An unidentified American soldier killed in the war was buried at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.; the U.S. Congress had declared the day a legal federal holiday in honor of all those who participated in the war. On June 4, 1926, Congress passes a resolution that the “recurring anniversary of Nov.11^th, 1918 should be commemorated with thanksgiving and prayer exercises designed to perpetuate peace through good will and mutual understanding between nations.”

         

Reflection: what this day is mostly about is appreciating the people who fought for our country so that we could be free. Many volunteers had died and left they’re family so that we can have the ability to make our lives however we want if it wasn't for them this country would've been ruled by a person who chooses the wrong and would've turned this place into bad.

Duties and Responsibilities: Dance therapists work with adults and children who are suffering symptoms including depression, anxiety, physical/psychiatric/neurological disorders, learning difficulties, dementia, autism, behavioural problems or congenital/emotional problems.

Education: Dance therapists are required to have a master’s degree, which entails at least two years of graduate level education after completing a four year college degree. The undergraduate education should include a liberal arts background, plus extensive dance training and experience, according to the ADTA.

Reflection: I would not want to be a dance therapist because I’m not good with communicating. Also, I wouldn’t like to dance in front of people.

Reflection: Well I would work as a yoga therapist because it isn’t that much of a complicated job and it’s really simple and easy.
