Autogenic Training

                             Autogenic Training

Duties and Responsibilities:  Autogenic Training trainers teach your body to respond to your verbal commands. These commands "tell" your body to relax and control breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature.

Salary: $35,000 – $142,000

Education: The training presented here does not take much actual time each day; it is based on discipline over time. You can find dozens of other websites on the Internet that make autogenic—and healing itself—seem simple and easy, so, as I say throughout this website, take your choice: the right way, or the easy way. Remember: the only escape from darkness is to seek the light.

Reflection I would love to be an autogenic trainer because what is better than having your mind relaxed. It’s very helpful and healthy. If I would to help others with problems and feelings, I could help my family and my feelings. I know how depression feels, I wouldn't like anyone feeling that way.
